Shrimp avocado tomato and egg salad


I like to cook. I’ve gotten carried away coming up with new ideas and making main course salads and frittatas for my dinners. I’m making these for myself, so all the recipes are for one. But if you’re cooking for more, don’t go away…few types of food are easier to scale up for more servings than salads and frittatas. And you may be interested not to make these recipes but as inspirations for new dishes you create.
